Pooja Reddy Govinda Reddy

I am a detail-oriented and highly motivated Project Specialist with a strong background in project management, business analysis, and process improvement. With a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from the University of Texas at Arlington and over 2 years of professional experience, I have worked on cross-functional teams, led academic projects, and supported large-scale business operations both in India and the U.S.

My professional journey includes my role as an Assistant Systems Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services, where I managed project documentation, monitored data governance, and supported cross-team collaboration. I have also worked on several academic projects, including a Six Sigma DMAIC project that reduced packaging defects by 80%, as well as a risk assessment-driven product launch strategy using financial modeling and Monte Carlo simulation.

In addition to my core experience, I have hands-on knowledge in risk analysis, process optimization, reporting, and stakeholder communication. I am certified in Microsoft Azure Fundamentals and Azure Data Fundamentals, and familiar with Agile and Scrum methodologies. My strong technical foundation includes tools such as Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SQL, Tableau, JIRA, and Confluence.

I am passionate about contributing to organizational success by streamlining processes, driving operational efficiency, and providing meaningful insights that support business decisions. I believe in continuous learning and adaptability, which allows me to quickly pick up new tools, platforms, and processes as needed.

Currently, I am located in the U.S. and open to fully remote or hybrid opportunities. I am available to join immediately and am eligible for F-1 OPT and H-1B sponsorship.
