Having years of experience in money handling as a teller of WESTERN UNION MONEY TRANSFER agent, I was able to develop superb customer service through patience, politeness, and providing reliable information. I always ensure that the details of their transaction are correct up to the last letter, have their documents scanned, and attached the files on their profile within the system to have a smooth flow of transactions and a compliant client database. I also learned to be keen on details, be a team player, and a self-starter person for this job. I am also able to develop myself to be comfortable dealing with different clients and people with different levels of mentality and behavior.

I brought this attitude and skills when I joined I-REMIT GLOBAL REMITTANCE, a local money transfer company, but with a foreign office in the United Kingdom and other parts of the world.
