I used to work at Satang Corporation, which is the most trusted crypto currency trading platform in Thailand. As the Team leader of the KYC Team, There are 12 members in my team, and I am the team leader and team player at the same time. I conducted analytics about KYC processes and AML regulations. which means I was the person to answer the question of internal and external audit (SEC AMLO). Understand the operations tasks and draft an end-to-end workflow for Customer Due Diligence. and I Trained on anti-money laundering and PDPA Awareness.

Now, I am working at G Million as a customer service team leader. This role required leadership, service performance by using Zendesk email and phone calls, and teamwork skills.

I have been in the customer service industry for around 2.5 years, and I compare myself to a cup of noodles. I put every skill in a cup to make the best cup of noodles ever!
