Major responsibilities handled have been:

Accounting:

• Ensuring correct revenue and expenses booking.
• Managing accounts receivable(AR) and accounts payable(AP).
• All reconciliations including bank reconciliations.
• Payroll- Employees and contractors
• Resolving customers and vendors issues.
• inventory record keeping.

Audits & Compliance:

• Collaborating with external and internal auditors ensuring accurate and timely completion of audits.
• Ensuring statutory compliance with laws

Controllership:

• Own precise General ledger maintenance.
• Ensure internal financial policies/procedures/controls per business needs.
• Prepare Periodic financial statement like Profit & Loss statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statement.

Financial Planning and Analysis(FPA):

• Lead Budget and forecasting processes.
• Performing Budget vs Actual analysis with ideas for betterment.
• KPI tracking.
• Performing Data analysis and providing insights for profit improvement.
• Preparing Board packages and presentations.

Besides QBO, I am skilled at google sheets, slack, excel, word and powerpoint.
