I am a senior software engineer and technical leader with more than 10 years of experience building, scaling, and maintaining software products across different industries and stages of growth. Throughout my career, I have worked with a wide variety of technologies and architectures, adapting over time as products evolved and business needs changed. This has allowed me to develop a strong engineering mindset focused on fundamentals, long-term maintainability, and pragmatic decision-making.

I have extensive experience working in distributed, multicultural teams, collaborating directly with stakeholders and clients also many of them native English speakers to translate business goals into clear technical solutions. I enjoy acting as the bridge between product, engineering, and business, ensuring that technical decisions align with real-world constraints such as timelines, scalability, security, and cost.

In recent years, my role has increasingly focused on leadership and system design. I have led teams responsible for critical domains such as billing and sales, where reliability and correctness are essential. I have driven process improvements, introduced new integrations, optimized workflows, and helped teams reduce delivery time without sacrificing quality. I am particularly comfortable working in environments where systems must scale, evolve, and remain stable under pressure.
