The Isatis Capital team is made of Private Equity investment professionals with an entrepreneur mindset. I was proudly part of the journey when they decided to spin off from BNP Paribas Private Equity and become a successful independent PE firm which is still growing to this day.
In this exciting, deal-intensive time I have worked extensively on excel modelling, from modelling capital raise mechanisms to multi-scenarios LBO structures to complex exit proceeds schemes to complete 5 year projection models.
Investment targets were innovative firms with revenue between 5M€ and 100M€ and I also supported investment directors on a daily basis by conducting extensive market research, financial and commercial analyses of potential targets and writing investment memorandum to be presented to Isatis Board of directors. On top of these tasks, I was involved in strategic discussions with entrepreneurs, lawyers and auditors and provided assistance in the execution of the deals.
