I have a vast experience with Customer Service, Technical Support and especially Sales. Been roaming around the BPO industry for more than 5 years. For almost a year I have worked remotely as a Customer Service Representative and Sales Specialist.

Most of the accounts that I have handled are Sales. I have done B2B Sales for different kinds of products like RPA, Translation Services, Marketing Ads and Marketing Banners. I have been a Cold Caller, Appointment Setter, Email Marketer and Closer.

My Customer Service experience is handling a Telco account. I'm used to getting a large volume of calls. This account has a bit of Sales, Technical Support but it's more focused on Customer Service. My most recent job is a Remote Customer Service for a US Healthcare account.
