SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE
As AVP for Wells Fargo’s PMO CoE in the Philippines, she manages programs of high risk and high value. She is currently working on the remediation of an end of life situation for the Email Routing backbone of WF’s global email network pegged at 10 M USD.
As Service Lines Strategy lead for IBM in 2011, she focused on growing the centre's supply of skilled resources, working with all competencies across industries to achieve the aggressive GDC growth targets. She was also the SAP hiring manager while in this role. By end of 2012, she endeavoured to be deployed to a critical AMS project for a niche CRM application; this opened the opportunity for her to assume the role of Service Delivery Manager and Managed Service Owner, assigned to the client site in Germany until Dec 2015. During her assignment, she also functioned as the audit manager, process integration manager and finally on her last year she provided expert coaching for the client’s project managers on production takeover for more than 60 high risk projects, among them their most aggressive consolidation of SAP from 26 instances to just 2 across the globe. As she repatriated in 2016, she was given the opportunity to explore IT infrastructure building in the banking industry as Portfolio Program Manager, where she was made responsible for more than 30 projects, working with a 30 FTE build team in a highly matrix environment. Her client counterpart are Vice Presidents of this local client, which happens to be IBM’s largest local client and one of the largest in Asia.
Prior IBM, she spent 11 years with Accenture, where she provided leadership to the company’s CIO resource management and SAP program, which included Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Payroll, Security, Software Change Management, Environment Management, Finance, Controlling and Treasury, functionally managing some 40 offshore resources. She was also allocated to perform resource management for the CIO’s 1,000-resource group. In 2009, she managed a non-SAP project that implemented the ISO27001 standards across Accenture’s delivery centres in the Philippines as the ISMS Framework manager. For most part of her 11 years with Accenture, she obtained various degrees of knowledge in the SAP Infrastructure through numerous exposure to different local and global projects. In these projects, she handled multi-functional SAP related roles and responsibilities guided by systematic and flexible project management skills and strong and effective client management proficiency. As a SAP Project manager, she has led several development projects of SAP-ABAP and application management of SAP-Business Warehouse ranging from ABAP development (RICEF), data conversion using LSMW and backend BW support for global Pharma clients.
Briefly, in her first 2 years after graduating from college in 1998, she was into supply chain management as a production and logistics planner in the semiconductors industry.

Achievement: In these roles, she achieved a remarkable profit recovery for 2014 that allowed the project to end in positive GP for the first time in 2 years. Focused on training new resources to allow senior resources to seed new opportunities, enabling them to develop skills 2 levels up from when she assumed management. She has since doubled her project scope, merging the Security, SCM and EM teams to the current SAP program, increasing her team to more than 100%.
