In my previous work Iam restaurant manager my duties and responsibilities is to lead the store team in executing operational plans in creating an enjoyable working environment for employees, targeting exceptional customer service and achieving sales and profit target, supervises the daily operations of the store, leads store in achieving performance targets, ensure strict compliance of quality control standards, cash, deposit, inventory control standards, serves the training and coaching needs of subordinates and perform other duties that maybe assigned from time to time.
