Over my 3 years of working as a Branch Manager/Business Development Officer in a Technical Education Skills Development Authority (TESDA) accredited training school and as the Station Head Manager for Operations in Dumaguete branch for 6 months in a Logistics/Courier for online shopping orders (LAZADA and Shopee) amd recently with ROYHLE Flight Training Academy as Tool and Property Custodian and at RACAL Vis-Min Motorsales Corp. as Field Supervisor and Sales and Marketing Assistant. I accumulated extensive experience in office and in operations management. I wish to apply for this exciting opportunity as this job aligns with my goal to utilize my unique skills in a growing stable business company. 

In my roles as the Branch Manager and Station Head Manager from my previous jobs, I have proven to be reliable, professional and efficient manager. Given my responsibility to not only manage a team in a busy, medium sized office, but also be primarily responsible for coordinating all office functions, I am accustomed to performing important tasks in a high-pressure environment.

I have continually strive to improve the functionality of my workplace by developing and implementing new administrative systems. I was commended for my ability to pinpoint areas for improvement and to execute successful solutions to office and operations efficiency problems, manage staff performance and appraisals and established a top performing team.
