I worked in the Call center Industry for almost six years now. For the first two years, I was a Technical Support Representative for Time Warner Cable. I made a lateral transfer as an Online Banker for JP Morgan Chase for almost two years. Therefore i am trained not only as a Technical Support Representative but also a customer service rep.I am very confident that if ever i will be hired i am competent, technically and verbally. I would be able to put into use my knowledge and my training I've learned during those last six years.
