I'm a graduate of Bachelor of Arts major in Mass Communication. After my graduation I have landed a job for a US Telco company called VERIZON as Customer support representative. We assist customers having issues with internet, email and with their anti- virus software. After staying for 2 years I got a new job with At&t U verse handling issues with their TV, phone and internet. In total I have worked with them for more than 3 years until I got to Comcast- another Telco company. We assist customer with their first time install kit.
I got also a job with EGL Express Gift Limited. It is a UK account. I work as customer service, we take orders over the phone from our customers in UK, we process orders and we also do follow up shipment. I also got a job with Doordash, we placed food order to their favorite restaurants on their behalf and we deliver foods in their doorsteps.
and my most recent job was with Mozio- it is a Travel business account. We picked up our customers from the airport to their hotel and vice versa.
I have worked as a customer service representative for over 10 years and 2 years as a virtual assistant. I guess that's it and I am super excited to be working with your organization in the future. Thank you.
