Duties and Responsibilities:
Review payroll inputs as sent by the various companies in the region to
ensure consistency, accuracy and timeliness before processing the payroll
system
Coordinating the annual payroll audits conducted by the external
auditors, act as a liaison between the pension administrators, fund
managers and custodians; NSSF, NHIF, KRA and HELB.
Facilitate transfers of salary payments to staff, reviewing final dues
computations
Generate payroll reports as required e.g PAYE, NSSF, HELB, Pension
contributions, Insurance deductions, P9, P10, SACCO deductions, Personal
account deductions and Union deductions.
Interfacing monthly payroll with the main accounting system, preparing
monthly and annual reports.
Administer bonus and salary increments on an annual basis across the
region.
Assign payroll numbers upon receipt of staff contracts and Administer the
Company’s Pension Scheme
