Credit Risk Analyst

Achievement:
• Key innovator in the set-up of subsidiary credit card operations for Access Bank.
Responsibilities:
• Served as the first point of contact virtually for customer/client requests with
regards to resolution of credit card issues for customers of Access Bank
Subsidiaries in Zambia, Gambia, Sierra Leone, Rwanda, Mozambique, and DR
Congo.
• Assisted in resolving customer issues via phone calls, e-mails and chat to ensure
customer satisfaction.
• Though I was stationed in Ghana, I helped other subsidiaries in Congo, Sierra
Leone, Zambia etc to reduce the delinquent and default on credit cards.
