In position of SAP Projects Manager, delivered a few business transformation projects:
Order processing centralization. Back-office commercial activities have been centralized into new organization unit in RU
HQ, regional staff has been cut. As part of the project, a lot of SAP-related processes have been updated, e.g. totally new
pricing procedure was developed and deployed;
CRM Core implementation. New, MS CRM-based group-level product had been rolled out to Russia in agile-style project.
Activities included data migration, system setup and massive trainings for over a 100 end-users across the country;
CRM Advanced implementation (ongoing). Following implementation of CRM core, next phase includes certain advanced
modules requiring deeper organizational transformation.
