I've had my fair share of work as I was with the Business Process Outsourcing industry for 8 years. This says a lot because I use the English language 90% of the time, I am well-versed with the language, and served customers and clients from North America.
I worked with a big hotel chain, for about 4 years. This includes experiences as a coach/mentor to new hires, Quality Analyst, and a Certified Peer Trainer.
Recently, I was also part of one of the biggest background screening company in the U.S., having started as a Client Support Representative, helping clients and applicants alike in North America with their background checks for about a year and a half. I was then promoted to Process Trainer and held that position until my departure from the company.
