I am a Virtual Assistant and Administrative Officer with over 10 years of professional experience in administrative operations, executive support, documentation, research, bookkeeping, and remote coordination across academic, nonprofit, and freelance environments.
From October 2014 to present, I have been working as Head, Administrative Services Office (Administrative Officer V) at the College of Veterinary Medicine, University of the Philippines Los Baños. In this role, I provide executive-level administrative support and oversee records and information management, HR and finance coordination, procurement processes, and general office operations. I ensure accuracy and timeliness of official correspondence, reports, and documentation, supervise staff, streamline workflows, and support academic, research, and extension programs. I also coordinate closely with university officials, faculty, staff, and external stakeholders.
Since August 2021, I have worked as a Part-Time Bookkeeper for UP Veterinary Medicine Foundation, Inc., where I maintain financial records, prepare cash vouchers and journal entries, perform bank and fund reconciliation, and generate fund utilization and financial summary reports.
From September 2025 to present, I work remotely as a Freelance Grant Writer with KR Royal Services, conducting grant and funding research, assisting in the preparation of grant proposals and applications, organizing deadlines and documentation, and preparing written summaries and progress reports.
Previously, from April 2003 to April 2013, I served as an Administrative Assistant and Bookkeeper (Acting Administrator) at Christian School International – Church Among the Palms, Inc., managing office operations, records, and financial reporting.
I also gained remote experience as a Speaker/Teacher/Tutor with Tuazama Universal Leadership Academy(September 2024 – February 2025), delivering virtual sessions and coordinating online learning activities.
