Phanindra Maddipatla

I am Phanindra Maddipatla, a dedicated and results-driven Software Engineer and Data Analyst with a strong academic foundation and hands-on experience in building real-world solutions. I hold a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science and Engineering from PES University, where I maintained a CGPA of 8.14 and was awarded the DAC Scholarship for academic excellence.

Currently, I work as an Associate Data Analyst at Sagility, where I apply data analysis techniques to support healthcare operations and insights. I have a strong command of Python, SQL (MySQL), Excel, and visualization tools, and I frequently work with large datasets to extract actionable insights. My work involves optimizing queries, building data pipelines, and delivering performance-driven dashboards that inform strategic decisions.

Previously, I worked as an AI/LLM Training Specialist at Turing, contributing to projects for top-tier clients like Microsoft and Meta. In this role, I was responsible for training and evaluating large language models (LLMs), assessing model outputs, and guiding AI behavior through advanced prompt engineering and scenario-based testing. This experience strengthened my understanding of NLP, ethical AI development, and response evaluation—giving me a unique perspective on how modern AI systems learn and evolve.

In addition, I served as a Teaching Assistant at PES University, where I helped students in subjects like Cloud Computing, DBMS, and Object-Oriented Design & Java (OOADJ). Teaching these core subjects allowed me to solidify my own technical knowledge while improving my ability to explain complex ideas clearly and effectively.

I’ve also worked on diverse technical projects, including a medical document classification system using NLP techniques, a recommender system for educational content, and a reinforcement learning-based game AI. These experiences have enhanced my problem-solving skills and taught me to work collaboratively in agile environments.

My technical strengths lie in Python, MySQL, Flask, C, and a solid grasp of core computer science concepts like Operating Systems, Computer Networks, and Data Structures. I'm fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu, and I’m known for being a quick learner, self-starter, and someone who is always eager to take on new challenges.
