For a few years, I have been working for a web-hosting company as a customer support specialist. I have strong knowledge in cPanel, WHM, DNS, shared web hosting, VPS hosting, reseller hosting. I am familiar with most of the CMSes (Wordpress, Joomla, Drupal, forums etc.) and Development frameworks. Some examples of jobs I can do: migrate your website to another server, transfer your products from one platform to another, fix coding errors, set up an automation script, set up DNS zone & e-mails.
