I have been in the call center business for 7 years, I have been trained and I have handled the different US accounts for their technical support, customer service and sales, chat and other back-office admin work. Years of experience in that line of work made me proficient in Microsoft Office such as excel, ms word, PowerPoint presentation among others. My back office admin task taught me skills in triaging emails and doing web research. I'm attentive to details and I adhere to time and task management.
