with a solid understanding of the technical requirements for Engineers and Technical Specialists
within the Oil and Gas fields.

Forrester Manns is a boutique recruitment consultancy with offices in Sydney, Brisbane and
Perth. They specialize in Engineering, Mining and Construction recruitment.
Being the first consultant to start with Forrester Manns in their Brisbane office, I started a cold desk with
no existing relationships. This gave me the opportunity to develop a client base that I wanted to work
with. Some of my main clients were Opus, SEMF, Robert Bird and KBR.
My main client base was made up of Engineering Design Consultancies and Manufacturing
organisations. This gave me the opportunity to develop a strong understanding of civil, structural,
mechanical and building services engineering consultancies and the work they do.
During my time at Forrester Manns, I was promoted to Senior Engineering Consultant. In this position, I was
responsible for a small team of consultants specializing in Engineering Recruitment.
