Collaborated closely with the Program Manager to address various program implementation aspects, including the development of work plans, program reporting, and the execution of Community-Based Organization (CBO) initiatives for Key Populations in the context of HIV/AIDS.
Orchestrated the coordination of Community workers, overseeing their performance in alignment with specified targets and organizational deliverables. Monitored and evaluated their contributions to ensure adherence to the organization’s strategies.

Data Collector Officer, Team Jos Plateau
Under the supervision of my team lead, we went to every village within the LGA assigned to introduce ourselves to the village head, inform him about the purpose of my visit and let him know what the community stands to benefit from the data collection exercise.
With the assistance of a guide assigned to me by the village head, I went round the village so as to inspect some of the basic amenities like water sources, health facilities, schools, roads, bridges, etc. found in the locality so as to collect information about their current state (working or not working);
Fill the information gotten and capture the GPS coordinates on a handheld device;
Ensure that all the areas assigned to me are covered by visiting all the villages within the time frame allocated;
Recognize and give an account of problems in obtaining data to my team lead.
Review data gotten to ensure that they are collected accurately and uploading them to the organization’s server.
Return survey resources (handheld device, tools and other equipment) to the team lead and discuss daily developments.
