Starting my career as a part-timer, while pursuing my studies,
enabled me to gain in-depth practical knowledge, on the
various aspects of projects such as execution techniques, cost
control, quality control, etc., and how to tackle various issues
associated with project execution.
These experiences and exposures provided a firm base &
calibrated my skills and techniques in project management.

Joined as a project engineer, was promoted to the post of
GM in 2004, and successfully steered the company from
GRADE-II to a GRADE EXCELLENT contracting company,
handling large-scale projects.
My initiative in adopting a planned growth strategy, which
was evaluated periodically, for revising & enhancing the
operational capabilities. Improvements in systems and
methods not only ensured higher volumes but also gave
