I have an accumulated experience of working in the BPO industry for about 5 years, started from the bottom and worked my way up to Account Manager within a span of 3 years and have been working at it ever since. I'm a team player and know when to give way for people to shine and at the same time I take responsibility and correct myself accordingly. I have a good balance between family & work, so that will never be an issue.
