I have always been in the Customer Service Related Field. I have over 10 years in the BPO industry, where I learned skills such as inbound call taking, outbound, outbound cold calling, chat technical and email handling. I have been working remotely for almost 2 years now and have a quiet home office space set up with a noise cancelling headset as well.
