I am Pearly, and I help entrepreneurs manage their businesses while saving them time through efficient and effective administrative and customer assistance. Here are some of the roles I am skilled and have a background in:

• Social media management involving content plan and graphic creation, scheduling and captioning posts, and engaging with the community to increase brand awareness
• Product and competitor research and accurate data entry
• Chat and email customer support responding to customers on our services and products and suggesting alternatives
• As a receptionist, I provided exceptional hospitality skills in communicating with customers and understanding their concerns and preferences to suggest the best services we can offer
• Email, file, and calendar management

I love growing and learning different skills that make me versatile in various roles. I am also organized and perceptive, believing there is always more than what meets the eye. I am accepting, especially when it comes to criticisms, and definitely, someone who enjoys working on different tasks!

I spend my free time watching anime or reading novels and comic books. I binge-watch history documentaries and literature too!
