I worked in a BPO industry for almost 4 years as a Customer Service Representative. I am also a Virtual Assistant.

With my tenure I was able to polish my CSR skills. I am your expert when it comes to data entry, order and refund processing, telephone handling, answering customer inquiries. As a VA I can do skip-tracing, cold calls and social media management. I am still willing to be trained for more skills and open for feedback.
