I am a customer service/virtual assistant who has 2 years of experience working in customer service. I bring dedication and love for customer satisfaction to the table. I have experience using Google suites, zoom, G meet, Zendesk, HubSpot and some other CRM tools. I have experience in customer service and follow up, administrative assistance, cold calling, email management, web research and lead generation. Time management, Appointment scheduling, Organization, creativity, Fluency in oral communication and writing, Resourcefulness, Self motivation and discipline are some of the skills i have acquired over time.
