In my previous roles, I have successfully handled a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to; Customer Support, Virtual Assistant, Data Entry, and Lead Generation.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT: Throughout my career, I have honed my customer support skills by effectively handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. To me, good customer service involves taking responsibility when something goes wrong and doing what I can to make it right. My empathetic approach and attention to detail have enabled me to build positive relationships with clients and provide outstanding support. I have experience using various CRM software such as Hubspot, Freshdesk, Zendesk, and Intercom.

VIRTUAL ASSISTANT: As a Virtual Assistant, I have successfully managed various administrative tasks such as Email management, scheduling meetings, calendar management, sending reminders, email correspondence, research, and document preparation. I ensured that appointments were effectively managed and conflicts minimized. I have experience using various Appointment Setting / Scheduling software such as Calendly, Pick-Time, Acuity Scheduling, Google Calendar, and Setmore.

DATA ENTRY: Precision, accuracy, consistency, and efficiency are paramount in data entry. I ensure that each piece of data is organized, accurate, and accessible when inputting them into Spreadsheets, databases, or CRM such as BusyWin and Eposnow. I have experience using the Microsoft Office suite and Google Products.

LEAD GENERATION: I have a proven track record of generating qualified leads through various Social Media platforms, Google, and Lead Generation software such as Apollo.io, Zillow, Yelp, and Salesforce.

I have experience using various Project Management software such as Trello, Asana, Click-Up, and Monday.Com. Communication tools such as Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet. Automation software such as Zapier helps for Integration. I also have a background in Technical Support.
