I am a certified Transcriber. I am also skilled in customer service/public service as I have extensive background in the government service with almost nine years of being a Stenographic Reporter tasked with doing transcription of hearings conducted by the office.

I started as a Clerk doing administative function such as but not limited to receiving records/documents, filing/encoding and transmitting to concerned personnel. We I am also skilled in e-mail/letter writing, research and report writing.

I have eleven (11) years of fact-finding investigation, including doing research work and evidence/document gathering.
