I started as a VA and was promoted to VP, Internal Development, where I played a pivotal role as an HR manager and a project manager furthering the vision of the company. I was responsible for all recruitments whether in the internal management or virtual assistants worldwide through stringent screening and quality parameters followed by their training and implementation of all company’s policy. I was accountable for project implementation from matching the project with a qualified VA to monitoring progress ensuring adherence to project time scales and deadlines and finally reviewing their project performance in the interest of rating the virtual assistants in the network.

VA for Lighthouse Marketing System
This ia an MLM company coaching network marketing to its affiliates besides providing them free blog. I was required to maintain LMS affiliate accounts on a CRM, setting up their blog and affiliate sites, provide email and live chat support regarding payments, cancellations, blog updates and class schedules. I worked extensively on PHPMyAdmin (an open source tool) to manage exclusive MySQL databases. I was also entrusted with vital tasks like processing credit card information and organizing webinars through Gomeeting on a weekly basis. I was also required to keep in touch with the latest network strategies and asked to experiment in order to add value. It was during this task that I picked up SEO and WordPress skills.

I have over 4 years experience working with the Real Estate Giants like KW, Century21 etc where I worked on gathering Lis Pendens from the county Court houses, Bidding Huds online, Assigning notaries for Home Owners to get the documents signed, contacting home owners in to gather the property information etc.

I have over 4 yrs experience in managing e-commerce accounts across shopping portals like eBay, Amazon, Shopify and Walmart.
Platforms: Magento, Opencart, BigCommerce etc.
Expertise: Order Management, Tickets, Listing QC and almost all the verticals like Credits, Claims, Returns messaging, voice and Chat as well.
Order Management: This part of my job includes everything where the customer places an order and till the order is out for shipment. This part also includes late orders, vendor follow-ups tracking updates etc.
Tickets: Handling tickets includes any query that a customer may have, it may be pre or post product sale.
Credits: This part includes all types of refunds. Sometimes we also issue refund for buyer’s remorse where the customer misunderstands the listing and files return request (Total order amount minus 20% restocking fee and the shipment charge)
Claims: This includes all the claims that are being files by the customer in the Marketplaces (A to Z, Resolution center etc) and the ones we file with the vendors to get credits or send out replacement etc. There are different types of claims that I experienced which is fun to handle.
Return Requests: Customers may not like items or may have received that was not ordered and filed a return. Mostly on Amazon I came across buyer’s remorse in Amazon Returns.
Listing QC: This part requires checking listings based on the Vendor and the Marketplace and match both to make sure the customer receives what is ordered that may require assigning a new ASIN to an Item, assigning an existing listing to a SKU or using the UPC to update the listing.
