I am approaching you because I believe that I possess qualifications and skills which would enable me to become a reliable and competent employee in a short period of time and meet the requirements set for me with mutual benefit. The majority of my professional experience up to date has been in private company accounting. Among my responsibilities, the most important were issues related to the maintenance of accounts, preparation of statements and various reporting reports, as well as posting of various economic operations. I cooperated with the controlling department by providing the necessary information, as well as independently prepared the required reports and statements. I also participated in the work related to budget planning and its subsequent verification with the economic reality. In previous companies, I also handled fixed asset accounting and performed many auxiliary tasks often assigned to me by management, such as providing training to people about to start working in the programs used by the company, preparing bank transfers, posting bank statements, reporting on payment arrears, addressing and mailing correspondence, or confirming balances and turnovers with related contractors and supervising the completion of certain tasks. Apart from more or less typical bookkeeping work, I was also involved in drafting letters to contractors and institutions and creating various documentation for internal company needs. I have also carried out a number of auxiliary tasks often assigned to me by the management, such as providing training to people who were about to start working in the programmes used by the company (TETA and SAP R/3 applications) and introducing them to new duties. A significant change in the professional part of my life occurred in July 2017. At that time, in a very short period of time, I retrained and started working in the purchasing department. I performed this work until the end of August 2024, unfortunately, due to cutbacks in some departments of this company, I lost my employment.
