i have 25 years experience in Data Entry work, marketing in Textiles, Insurance products.My Qualifications MBA in marketing and HR, Computer Diploma from NIIT, Insurance advisor Certification From IRDA, Data Entry Operator Certification from Unifiers,India.

    My experience Sales Related Functions:

• Attending buyer’s inquiries, responding to clients with price quotation, possible delivery, buyers' required quality specifications and relevant terms and conditions of the business
• Subsequent follow up with buyer for their response
• Negotiating & finalising the price, sending confirmation of the business to the buyer
• Preparing the sale contract and sending to the buyer and getting buyers purchase order.
• Arranging samples ( if needed)for buyer’s approval of the quality
• Subsequently advising the mills for taking the production as per the contract
• Informing the shipping schedule to the customer and securing the timely establishment of the letter of credit accordingly
• Follow up with mills to ensure the production of appropriate quality and timely completion of goods
• To co-ordinate with the shipment In-charge, decide the suitable vessel and timely despatch of goods from mills
• To inform shipment details to the buyer
• To monitor & ensure the timely submission & negotiation of the documents
• To attend the post shipment quality related problem or any other problem of the buyer and taking appropriate action to resolve the same
• Follow up for repeat orders and communicating with the buyer

Now I have decided to take up the online data entry work using my rich experience of the same with assured accurate and timely completion and delivery.
