I carry six and half years of experience in corporate industry. I have worked for Admiral car insurance(UK) as a claims specialist, Prozeon Teleservices as a customer service representative, Lloyds bank as a financial advisor in the money management sector, HSBC bank as a banking agent.
Though my job title may be different in each sector, my main job is to engage with the customers, addressing their concerns and providing a better customer satisfaction.
My job role includes setting up appointments, payment processing, raising disputes, fraud mitigation, lending assessments, proving payment plan after assessing customer's financial stability, raising claims, following up with email, online chat support, customer service rep.
I have gained knowledge of multiple sectors and have played an effective role of being a mentor, trainer and also a part of complaints department in order to solve complex customer complaints.
I mainly focus on providing the best customer satisfaction even if it means that I have to go an extra mile to help the customer without affecting the companies policies.
