• Coordinating Contingent Worker onboarding process : interaction with Client and Supplier to ensure contract, system, building access, everything is in place
• Monitoring time and expense process - ensuring workers have submitted timesheets correctly and in a timely manner and that timesheet approvers are approving by the set deadline
• Act as HR contact for contractor offboarding/termination issues on Client Site
• Assisting with general queries eg. Timesheet, VMS technical questions or any other adhoc query
