I'm Pauline Marie Aldovino, graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information technology, been in BPO industry for 6 years. I was able to do and manage some admin task wherein we have to send deliverable by the end of the week. I also do cold calling for any potential customer by means of being an appointment setter using CRM tool to input the information. I am a Microsoft office efficient such as outlook, word and excel. I'm willing to be trained and to learn more in the best of my ability in order to boost up what i already have.
