I am a mother to a son who dreams of becoming a game developer. I am a quick learner, good listener and a team player. I am also a hard worker and is always ready to take up any challenge that comes my way. I have been a title examiner and eventually promoted as a Quality Leader then Line leader managing the team both in quality and productivity. I also worked part-time as a Transcriptionist in GoTranscript.com.

As a title examiner, I am proficient with the search applications such as Data Trace and Data Tree and is familiar with deed chaining, legal description, property taxes, liens and court cases.

Being part of the management team, I have acquired administrative skills such as data entry and proficiency with Microsoft applications. I also handle emails and customer queries and provides feedback to new instructions via email or conference calls.

Since I am a newbie in the freelancing industry, I prepared by watching tons of free webinars and tutorials regarding Virtual Assistance 101 and am very open to using customer service and admin tools preferred by the client as well.

With my positive can do attitude I will act not only as an employee but rather a partner to you with the same goal of achieving success for your business.
