I am goal-oriented, self-reliant and responsible. I'm a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Centro Escolar University Manila. I passed the local nursing board exam in 2007. I've been a part of the BPO industry for about four years and the rest, I spent as a private duty nurse. For my BPO experience, I first worked for an Australian Telephone Company as an inbound customer service representative for one and a half year. With this job, we were responsible for answering inquiries of prepaid card users. I was also given the task to be part of the fault technical team wherein we verify the problems that the customers encounter in calling different countries and ezichat welcome call team wherein we call our prepaid VIP customers and check for any feedback regarding the prepaid handset and clarity of their calls. My second BPO experience was with Hinduja Global Solutions wherein I worked as an inbound healthcare specialist and our responsibility was to provide information about the claims that the hospital providers have submitted to the insurance company that we were representing. My last BPO experience was with UnitedHealth Group Inc. wherein I worked as a medical biller. With this, we represent the hospital and we verify if the claims that were submitted to insurance companies were paid or denied. We also verify the details of payment and of the denial. I am looking forward to enhancing my knowledge and skills through this platform.
