I started as a title examiner in a BPO company. After 4 years I was promoted as a Quality Lead, managing my team in relation to quality and process improvement. I have also trained people to become examiners. Now I manage my team in relation to productivity and turnaround time. I also attend to their examining queries and take part with coaching as well. Moreover, I provide feedbacks to clients as to the outcome of process roll outs and reports status of ordered files.
