I am currently working as a Behavior Case Manager at a rehabilitation facility in Davao City, Philippines since 2019. Working with clients of different personalities has made me more resilient, adaptable, and emotionally mature. Back in 2014, I also worked as a customer service representative in AT&T Uverse account where I mainly handled basic tech support and answered customer queries and concerns. 

I love continuous learning and growth; as a matter of fact, I am highly trained by digitaljobsph through the Department of Information and Communications Technology initiative. They provided me with 2-months of intensive training to be better equipped to work with my future clients. 

I can work under pressure and work with minimal supervision. I am very professional at work and passionate about helping people resolve their issues.
