Volunteer within the Erasmusplus project ´´Twist and Reshape Yourself¨´
The volunteering project included working with children between age
1-19 that deal with psycho-social distress problems, marginalization,
delinquency, substance abuse, mental distress, victims of physical and
sexual abuse; My responsibilities consisted in organizing and
developing artistic activities such as handmade crafts, painting,
drawing and roleplay games. Also, I used sports, breathing techniques
and energizer games as therapy exercises. Together with the other 3
volunteers in this programme, we initiated 1 independent project
called ¨Earth Day¨ and subsequently we developed further on the
project ¨I bambini amano la natura e la natura ama i bambini¨, where
we created a video and we initiated activities that could improve the
ecological envirnoment but also the touristic part of the city. During
the programme I developed my interest and commitment to the visual
arts, the understanding of how to deal with sensitive issues,also the
listening and observational skills.

copiilor cu istoric de trauma" (Traumatic children behaviour management)
Tzuby's Kids, Bucharest (Romania) I had the opportunity to learn about the
concept TBRI (Trust-Based Relational Intervention) which is a therapeutic
method that trains caregivers to provide effective support and treatment for atrisk children. Trauma concepts were presented to better understand the
examples of intervention given to the participants. They were complemented
by the practical experience of Alexandru Ilie, executive director of the
Alliance "Romania Without Orphans", who adopted four children considered
"hard to adopt". I had the chance to find answers to the difficulties
encountered in the integration process and lessons learned as a result of his
experience.

Volunteer within the project 'Intercultural learning through
psychodrama' The project included integration to the education of use
of psychotherapy for intercultural dialogue applying active ,not
didactic, methods. The aim was to enable the youth to know their
cultures, to be flexible in their prejudices about cultures, and the
ultimate aim was to develop the idea of tolerance. While being part of
the project I obtained the ability to efficiently communicate with
people and to find solutions to the arisen problems. Also,I was able to
distinguish between the cultural differences and cultural similarities in
the world and to develop the fact of tolerance and respect for the
differences while participating in role plays within the group.All in all,
the experience brought me awareness of the concepts such as
prejudices, limits of acceptances, and perceptions of individuals and
the ability to express themselves.

Participant to the training course ´´Make it Visible´´ The objective of
this project was to develop strategies and activities to detect the
relations of power in our everyday lives that cause abuse,
discrimination and violence.The project promoted the support to
people unemployed, belonging to rural areas, with disability or any
other reason for which their participation in courses and international
activities has barriers.The approach of this training course was based
on non-formal learning which uses different participatory methods
such as simulation games, visualizations, debates, group work, etc.
While being part of this project, I made use of communication in
foreign language, English and Spanish, a sense of initiative, digital
and mathematical competences and also learning to learn skill. I am
now able to detect and identify this type of "standard" discrimination
that occur regularly and sometimes unconsciously among young
people.
