Having worked as a copywriter, editor, and proofreader across digital and print since 2012, I am now looking for part-time freelance tech writing work.

I'm currently studying part-time for a diploma in holistic massage.
Coding and improving my skills in JavaScript and web development.
True crime – listening to podcasts, reading books and blogs, watching TV shows and writing about true crime!
Gaming – I spend a lot of my free time playing games on PC, PS5 and Xbox One, particularly story-driven games, episodic games, and walking simulators but also MMORPGs and adventure games. Favorite games include Far Cry 6, Horizon Forbidden West, The Last of Us, Firewatch, Bramble, Uncharted (or anything by Naughty Dog), and Telltale’s The Walking Dead series – in fact anything where your choices matter.
I am a member of several meetup groups in Edinburgh, including Women Who Code.
Professional development – I have taken a couple of editing courses over the last few years.
I am a keen photographer and enjoy film photography, processing and developing my own images in the darkroom.
I enjoy creative writing, mostly short stories.
I’m a huge foodie, always the first to check out new restaurants, bars and food trends in Edinburgh – and I also love cooking.
I enjoy reading, playing harp and piano, and going to the cinema (especially world cinema and horror movies – I'm a huge horror movie buff!)
