Hey, I’m Paul—a senior backend engineer and tech lead with a strong track record of building early-stage products from the ground up. I’ve spent the last two decades engineering software and the last 10+ years doing it remotely for startups around the world.

I’m most at home in fast-paced, product-driven environments where speed, flexibility, and ownership matter. I’ve helped bring new products to market, scale systems to support real-world usage, and lead small remote teams through big technical decisions.

Recent projects include:

I regularly work with tools like Go, Node.js, TypeScript, Python, Kafka, Redis, Postgres, and Docker, and I’m comfortable across cloud platforms like AWS and GCP. I also have experience in blockchain and lower-level systems when needed.
