Paul Nicholas

Having a Bachelor degree in commerce, I was into accounts departments in the beginning of my career. Since i am fairly in good in writing reports, stories and essays, I opted my into Documentation and reporting writing for NGOs and INGOs for the past 15 years. My main responsibilities were to come out with monthly, quarterly, half yearly and Annual reports for various development projects across the country. I use to document the best practices, case studies and learning for future reference and for effective planning of the similar projects elsewhere.

I also provide capacity building training to my staff team for better performance. I have undergone special courses to train staff, women, youth and children on Psycho-social care counselling, personality development, Group dynamics, Child rights, domestic violence against women, disaster preparedness, water and environment sanitation are the areas which i have given training to various groups across the country.

I was also involved in providing child care activities. this was focused around providing educational opportunities and supports especially to the women children in Andhra among the temple prostitute communities.
