I have call center experience for 1 year and 7 months. For 2 companies located in Cebu City. The first company that I have work with is Teleperformance Cebu I.T Park, as a Customer Service Representative / Airline Reservation Agent (Voice), in a local airline industry based in the Philippines, where we can book flights in behalf of the customer and reschedule as well. We can also escalate it to our higher department it depends on the customer's urgency request or emergency matter.

The second company that I have worked with is, Sykes Asia Inc. - Cebu still as a Customer Service Representative (Chat Support, Email Support, and Voice) in a Food Ordering Platform which is based in Australia, we assist customer and restaurant partner. For the customer's side, we can track if where is their order, listen to their complaint about the food quality or temperature and will address it to the restaurant partners immediately, processing refund, and mostly if the customer is poisoned by the food we will escalate or transfer the call immediately to our senior colleagues.

For the restaurant partners, we can update the hours of their service, provide information about when they will receiving the salary. Listen to their complaints about abusive customers, and can inform the customer if the order will be late. After 6 months, I'm upskilled to Monitoring Social Media posts of the customers where we are tagging the comments and posts of the customer's through our Social Media page, and we can escalate it immediately if there is a post about food poisoning that they have eaten.

I can work full time or part-time if what is needed to fill up the task. I can work 40 hours per week but preferably I'm applying for a Full-time position, I'm willing to be trained so that I can familiarize the process and steps, I'm also coachable as well and I want to know my performance or productivity so that is there's a need for me to double-time my work or put more efforts on it. I'm eager and excited for learning new work since Freelancer industry is a new environment for me. I'm also that type of person that likes to work with a team that is helping each other to grow not just as an individual person but as a team and sharing experiences about the process or work-related stuffs. Lastly, one things for sure what I can bring to the table is my commitment to the team and attendance.
