With 10 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative for different accounts/campaigns such as Telcos, Healthcare and Hotel Reservations. I've handled different types of accounts from Lead Generation, Technical support representative, and even a Retention Specialist for a Telco Account. Even had a year of experience working as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) and a Team Lead OIC. I can also be a translator (English - Filipino) or vice versa.
