[- to Date] [Field Banking Officer] [Adansi Rural Bank Plc.] Duties And Responsibilities Marketing &Sales  Uncover prospective catchment areas of customers for Susu collection.  Manages daily goals and breaks them into “bite-size” to meet operational targets.  Build Relationship with existing customers.  Organizes focused sales promotion(s) in catchment area.  Liaise with departments and the clients to provide the service most suitable to the client’s needs, cost and in a timely manner.  Work closely with the Field Cashiering team to assess the progress of the department and develop sales and marketing strategy accordingly.  Produce reports on progress within the department and outline any developed strategies to improve. Customer Service  Provide proactive service and meet prescribed service standards all the time.  Manages customer complaints on one-stop basis i.e. the complaint must be owned by the Coordinator.  Develop and maintains strong working relations with all existing clients at key levels to optimize the utilization of approved facilities.
