Duties And Responsibilities
Securely delivers mails, documents and packages to intended location or
recipient in a timely manner.
Fetch, check and sign for mails, documents and packages at their
collection points.
Ensure that all relevant deliveries are fully completed.
Ensure that both you and recipient sign all relevant documentations upon
delivery.
Run administrative errands such as post office and payment for services as
and when required.
Walk, bike or use public conveyances to reach destinations.
Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending mail.
Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as
needed.
Maintaining files.
Assist customers in the banking in respect of their deposits and withdrawals
Report any maintenance problems and issues at the branch immediately
Prepare wrappers for the tellers
Perform general office/clerical work such as retrieval and filling, photocopies,

Check prepaid meter at regular interval and report to Branch Accountant

Duties And Responsibilities
Marketing &Sales
Uncover prospective catchment areas of customers for Susu collection.
Manages daily goals and breaks them into “bite-size” to meet operational
targets.
Build Relationship with existing customers.
Organizes focused sales promotion(s) in catchment area.
Liaise with departments and the clients to provide the service most suitable to
the client’s needs, cost and in a timely manner.
Work closely with the Field Cashiering team to assess the progress of the
department and develop sales and marketing strategy accordingly.
Produce reports on progress within the department and outline any
developed strategies to improve.
Customer Service
Provide proactive service and meet prescribed service standards all the time.
Manages customer complaints on one-stop basis i.e. the complaint must be
owned by the Coordinator.
Develop and maintains strong working relations with all existing clients at key
levels to optimize the utilization of approved facilities.
Monitoring
Undertake field monitoring of activities of Field Cashiers
Monitor the performance of susu loans and deposit collections
Check daily updated arrears list to ensure strict and continuous follow-up of
the outstanding portfolio of susu loans.
Monitor and follow up on dormant accounts to ensure their reactivation
Human Resources
Provide leadership to the Field Cashiering teams and handle all sales
monitoring and tracking activities.
Train and coach the various teams (Field Cashiers, etc.) in customer service,
product knowledge, ARB processes and procedures, and selling skills, “Know
Your Customer requirements, and hold regular “Objection Clinics”.
Manage annual leave of Field Cashiers in line with ARB annual leave plan
