+15 Years Full time in the CAD industry (from Juinor to Senior to CAD Manager), I've drawn over 2000 homes under the Australian NCC, majority of which were constructed. I've also designed for NZ projects and would love to branch out into other areas but would need guidance on local materials and building standards.

I consider myself to be fast, accurate and diverse, I can draw a single storey full custom set of plans to construction/council ready in approx. 8-10 hours (front cover, siting, slab, plumbing, external concrete, floor plans, elevation, electrical, floor coverings, sections, joinery elevations, perspectives).

I have experience in most styles of residential construction (single, double, dual key, duplex, townhouse, split level, other) I've personally created my own templates in ArchiCAD, in addition to creating custom objects and rendering profiles and materials.

Other experience includes, public art sculpture design, marketing, graphic and web design. Reason for freelancing: Working towards living off grid
