Working in a tech sales role during the day - I am highly proficient at managing technical / development teams & have adopted a sophisticated understanding of what is involved in software development. I also work in conjunction with Google, Amazon Web Services & Twilio (major tech vendors) so my understanding of their suite of services and functionality is excessive.

In my spare time - I am also a founder / owner of TheBrightTutors Australia - a prominent tutoring company that has serviced over 300 clients and is growing rapidly. This business is a heavily automated online operation that has transformed me into a professional at navigating the ins & outs of Zapier. Zapier enables me to amalgamate CRM’s, project management tools, Twilio (SMS tools) and several other programs to work succinctly to deliver awesome customer experiences, automate menial tasks - which ultimately drive greater business outcomes (profitability).

It’s worth mentioning - I have used Integromat and am a partner who is featured on their website. Integromat & Zapier essentially offer similar functionality - allowing you to automate simple functions of your business via API connectivity without requiring a custom development layer.

In March this year I began developing custom agency management software - requiring me to start building an in-house development team. Fast forward only 4 months and the platform has been live for just over 1 month - already having processed over $10,000 in payments and paid over $7,500 to tutors who are delivering quality tutoring lessons to homes in every state across Australia. Our custom built Agency Management platform (built for tutoring agencies, coaching companies etc) connects to over 1,500 business apps thanks to the Zapier integration my in-house development team established. Now managing a team of 8 - I work full-time and manage my own team of Sales professionals, Digital Marketers, Developers & a legendary Virtual Assistant (helps me manage my time).

Whilst it sounds like I have a full plate - I have 15-25 hours a week to roll up my sleeves and get my hands dirty improving businesses through automation. It’s something I enjoy, have proven experience in - growing my own tutoring business off the back of Zapier I think is testament to my ability to drive results.
