I've been with customer service business for almost 6 years now. I've been with different line of business that make me versatile to any kind of work in line with the said industry. Initially I was a fraud analyst for Skype and after that I got re profiled to be customer service and technical representative for the same account as well. After that I became a billing and sales representative with Xfinity and got promoted and became a Subject Matter Expert for the said program as well. As an SME my primary role is to supervised and provide support for the new hire that was profiled to the account. I am also providing feedback to the agents and do some skill transfer that can help them to improve their scores and help them as well to provide excellent customer experience.
